Maggie is bold and beautiful. Gracefully soft and lavishly classy, like cherries in a chocolate waterfall.
The wine is SYRAH. Dashing.
The Syrah is from Taungurung Country (Heathcote). It spent three weeks on skins with daily pumpovers providing added air for indigenous yeasts to breathe and keep it mellow. It was then pressed to barrel to rest for 7 months before bottling.
Named in honour of Maggie. The fourth cap for the queen of the vines.
