E’ ROSSO is Barbera packed with snappy red fruits & silky tannins that’s very drinkable.
3rd generation winemakers Fausto and Cinzia Cellario are passionately dedicated to preserving both grapes and winemaking traditions that are indigenous to Piemonte. Their estate is located in in the village of Carru, in the southwestern Langhe region of Piemonte. The 30 hectares of vineyards are planted with only native Piemonte grapes. They are renowned for their Dolcetto wines.
Farming is organic [soon to be certified]. They are certified “environment friendly cultivation”. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast with 5 days skin maceration, aged in amphora for 6-8 months. “Bottled with minimal sulphur (~10ppm) and without filtering or fining.
