Yuuuuum! This is a very tasty wine. Mainly Pinot Gris from the Yarra Valley, a portion of which was left on skins for 10 days, the other 30% direct pressed. Elevage in old Gewurz barrels to give beautiful aromatics. A small amount of oxidative Riesling was also added to the wine which really adds a nice flavour. Lots of bitter orange, red sweets, and some salinity on the finish. No adds, just grapes, thanks Pete.
