100% Pinot Grigio from Forest Range. Old french oak hogshead barrel heads are removed and packed with some whole bunch and others with de-stemmed fruit. The heads are put back in and the barrels were laid down for fermentation. 6 month maceration follows and are pressed and returned to barrel and bottled in summer.
