Please note, quantities on these wines are limited so we ask that you bear that in mind when ordering and don’t take more than two bottles of any particular wine.
How the wine was made: Merlot, Pinot Noir and Syrah. 100% whole bunch carbonic fermented for 10 days. Then pressed to 500L barrels and aged and assembled at bottling.
Deep rich and rustic. It’s a vin de label, deep rustic tannin and a little dirty (the way you like it, that is if you like natural wine). Sit by the fire and watch the bottle disappear!
