Please note, quantities on these wines are limited so we ask that you bear that in mind when ordering and don’t take more than two bottles of any particular wine. This is a presale and the wines will be shipped once they arrive.
How the wine was made: The fruit is destemmed sauvignon blanc, left to soak and start ferment on berries for one weeks. This helps the perfumed notes in the wine. It’s then pressed and fermented and aged in 680L vitrified ceramic eggs. At bottling the wine is blended with barrel fermented pressings of pinot gris and pinot blanc
The wine is slightly cloudy golden colour. A perfume of the richness of rose scented bath salts warmed by beeswax candles flickering gently, lucid fluidity coats and angel dust exploding gently over your tongue.
