How the wine was made: Carbonically fermented for 5 days in a 2400L wooden barrel. Then aged in a combination of ceramic eggs, Terre cotta amphora and small barrels. And assembled at bottling.
Noir de Florette is a fave, with an alluring light red pinot fleshy pinkness. It smells of beautiful fertile soil and rhubarb and cherries and liquorice and yum, yum, I am happily drunk..... open another bottle!
