A collaboration with Clo Wines, my good friend Chris Loth. 50/50 Shiraz and Cabernet farmed by the formidable hands of Lou Freschi. Cabernet was direct pressed and barrel fermented in an old demi muid, Shiraz was fermented whole bunch carbonic for 8 days without disturbance.
