Sciaccarello is an Italian red grape variety usually grown in Corsica. This wine is one of the best coming out of the Koerner stable. So silky and fresh but with plenty of complexity. Fermented naturally in open top fermenters and spending two weeks on skins before spending 3 months in ceramic amphora and another 7 months in stainless steel.
Light and bright red – aromatic, spicy and super acidic
