Description
Made in the 'Metodo Ancestrale' technique, with a longer maceration on the skins than the Frisant Bianco (3 days). Spontaneous Fermentation with native yeasts, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Cloudy, amber colored. Bright and bubbly, with notes of tangerine, citrus and honey and refreshing Acid. 11% Alc.
