Notes from Das Juice:
A zippy blend of Sauvignon Blanc (Brackenwood Vineyard – Cert Biodynamic), Semillon (Magpie Springs – Organic) and a splash of Chardonnay (Magpie Springs – Organic) all hand picked on the same day. The wines were de-stemmed, spent three days on skins and were pressed to tank for a slow natural ferment.
Lemon zest and white flower aromas. The palate is zesty and fresh with lovely round acidity.
