Notes from Das Juice:
Our skin contact wine is a blend of Arneis (Peters Creek Vineyard – Organic), Sauvignon Blanc (Brackenwood Vineyard – Cert Biodynamic) and Riesling (Brackenwood Vineyard – Cert Biodynamic). Grapes were all hand picked on the same day before being de-stemmed and spent 16 days on skins before pressing where long slow natural ferment took place in tank.
All about stonefruit and fresh herbs on the nose. The palate is juicy and fresh with a light green pepper flavour. Smooth and round in the mouth too with a bit of a chalky textural finish.
