Notes from the winemaker, Tim Sproal:
Central Victorian White wine this year coming from two local vineyards both with their roots in Devonian granite. Faraday Chardonnay making up 60%, with the balance being Mt Alexander Riesling. Both parcels destemmed and pressed to tank, cold settled and moved to barrel for fermentation and elevage on full solids.
A touch fleshier and more rounded this year, but held together with wonderfully fresh natural acid. One for the whole family.
