Our Barbera was fermented with natural yeasts using 30% whole bunches then aged in neutral barrels for 6 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Bright crimson red with notes of red rose, ripe raspberry, plum, chocolate, spice and dried herbs. Long flavours of raspberry, red cherry and plum, juicy acidity, fine tannins and a hint of salinity.
