"The last of our 2019 vintage…. Picked late march 2019. A block hidden in the southern Adelaide Hills, located in Kuipto.
We always wanted to experiment with 2 ceramic eggs that we had purchased. When this fruit came on the horizon, we knew that the stars had a lined.
One egg was filled with juice from a 5 day skin contact ferment.
The second egg was filled with skins and closed off for 210 days.
We brought the two together a month before bottling and we’re blown away about ”the funk” that was created, in a very positive way!!!
Kept in bottle for another 3 months before it’s release.
Concentrated flower and orange aromas with soft peach touch under need. Textural mouth feel that makes you lust for more"
