Our 7th pet nat made from scratch using grapes from our unknown vine x variety. Aiming for a gentle fizz so not too petillant. Arguably the simplest way to make a zero added SO2 wine pet nats are becoming a style unto themselves. Reminds me of vintage with the tickle on the tongue of freshly fermented wine. One of the few wines in our line up where food is optional. Musk and sherbet on the nose with a fresh and zesty flavour.
