The Valot Rendition from Régnié! Crimson tones filling the glass and an attractive nose marked by peony and rose, as well as some spice. Fresh woody notes present too. On the palette, a lifted vibrant raspberry and a lick of strawberry. The backbone has a little more weight than the other Valot’s. For fans of more ethereal Gamay this is a fantastic representation!
