Romuald Valot is a winemaker who beckons mystery. His name has appeared in vintages of some very impressive Burgundian premier crus going back to before Y2K. Now on the bright side, he is producing fantastic Gamay. All of his vines are cultivated biodynamically, with the greatest respect for the land. This is his Villages wine from Beaujolais. A lot of intensity coming from raspberry and sour cherry notes backed up by a midweighty palate of leather, earth and something pine like. Would go down well with a chill as all good Bojo does. Enjoy generously!
