Made by the 80 nuns of Monastero Suore Cistercensi in Lazio, overseen by the great Paolo Bea, legendary Italian natural winemaker and neighbour. Benedic is a delicious light red blend of Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo, supple fruit, mostly cherries and a very easy silky palate.
