40% Gruner Veltliner, 40% Weissburgunder, 20% Sauvignon Blanc
The fruit comes from the Seefeld vineyard of sandy soils.
Whole bunches are pressed, partially co-fermented. Elevage in tank and large acacia for 7 months on gross lees. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfur at bottling.
Fleshy citrus, honeysuckle and acacia on the nose. Delicious tropical fruit flavours; green mango, fruit punch and bright citrus acidity. Delicious!
