Crystal Pistol is an electrifying blend with a slurpy texture. Trebbiano offers a slightly grassy note to the wine, while the Semillon and Chardonnay introduce lemon peel, apple skin and white flowers, all rounded off with a creamy, savoury finish. A great wine by a young up and coming producer.
