The wine has a light copper colour, with hues of orange and pink. The palate has bright, crisp flavours of cranberries and lots of volume on the palate. The finish has a refreshing raspberry tang combined with a dry chalky texture. A bright, fun, festive drink. Serve cold. Also tastes great in a spritz.
55% Shiraz from vines planted in 1999 45% Viognier from vines planted in 2002 Organically farmed Picked 27th of February. 100% Hand Picked Whole bunch press and over night cold settle before racking for fermentation in stainless steel. Fermented cold and slowly in stainless steel for 15 day before transfer into bottle to finish fermentation. Disgorged in September 2019.
