Travis Tausend sees winemaking as an art. He is careful to acknowledge the history of the land on which he grows the fruit and he produces his wines without the aid of modern machinery to ensure attention to detail and to pay respect to a process that has such a long and wonderful history.
The Agori Rosé has some light herbaceousness on the nose as well as crushed strawberry, red apple skin and some cherry. The flavor profile is full of minerality, crunchy red fruit and brilliant acidity. Overall, this Rosé is a super fresh style with a persistent finish. Great for the summer time and would pair beautifully with a fresh watermelon, mint and feta salad.
