Tarrington is another vineyard which is managed biodynamically by an Australian pioneer of the practice.
The pale platinum colour belies the true nature of this Chardonnay that bears a strong relationship to top-flight Chablis. It’s piercing mouth-watering texture is not centred around the usual interplay of fruit and oak flavours. There are many good Australian Chardonnays but this is quite apart and represents amazing value. Not much produced
