Lisanne van Son is an experienced Sommelier who turned her hand to winemaking in 2013, commuting from Belgium to the Loire Valley to work in vineyards; HECTIC!
She moved to the Loire Valley in 2017 and her first vintage under Sonser Vins was in 2018!
Gamayleon is obviously 100% Gamay that undergoes 12 days of whole bunch maceration. It is bright and crunchy, melding black and red fruits on the palate with bright acidity and licks of herbaceousness. Minimal sulphur at bottling.
