Sam Vinciullo is a young vigneron making large strides for the Australian wine scene. Having spent time working in California and Sicily, he returned for his first vintage back home in 2015. He works clean and with precision to produce pure and elegant wines.
The Valley Shiraz is a dark but light bodied Shiraz. Sourcing fruit from his Cowaramup Vineyard in Margaret River. Very fresh and clean; the wine highlights the region and dedication and attitude Sam takes towards his products. It is unfined and unfiltered and bottled with zero added S02.
