Another Styrian biodynamic powerhouse, Sepp and Maria Muster inherited their land 20 years ago. An area that has never seen any chemicals. The name Opok comes from the local name for the clay silt soils of the region. The wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller and Welschriesling. The young vines give the wine a bright and youthful aroma. The palate is fresh and crisp with a strong sense of minerality.
