As a young man, Marco completed his compulsory studies and began work as a carpenter. It was after this he found an interest in biodynamics which saw him move to Jura to work as a cattle breeder and fruit and vegetable farmer. He returned to the province of Vicenza and began working with his friend Stefano in his families business. It was here that he began to vinify grapes and then a year later, he was joined by another friend and pruning expert, Tommaso. Together, they improved the agronomic aspects of their production. With a passion for biodynamic viticulture and a respect for the land, they aim to produce wholesome wines from clean fruit.
Like a Porsche on Beach Road, this is a zippy little beast. Great length in thanks to the beautiful natural acidity. Floral aromas on the nose of jasmine and white peach. The palate is super fresh; more stonefruit, some light salinity and a nice crunchy texture. An excellent aperitif wine to stimulate your appetite or served with some grilled fish.
