Gamay! Adelaide Hills! Carbonic ferment then to stainless steel tanks.
Sloshy, bright gamay, crisp and tangy, vibrant with Aperol and pomegranate notes, tart in a way, almost tonic-like too. Finishes with smudges of earthy, undergrowth characters, savoury-nuttiness through its sour-ish finish. Pretty good vibe, but yeah, that finish is a quirk. Mike Bennie, The Wine Front
