Carbonic macerated sangiovese here. You don’t see too much of that, now do you?
Sweet cherry scents, maraschino, choc-berry, herbal notes, briar. Juicy in the palate, bright and crunchy, red cherry and light amaro notes. Crisp tannins, crunchy acidity, really refreshing yet shows some depth too. Good vibes. Mike Bennie, The Wine Front
