Chardonnay, Savagnin and Pinot Noir all hand-picked 3-4 days apart but all co-fermented. Combination of whole-bunch direct press and some de-stemmed with short maceration periods between 2-4 days. Most racked to stainless tank and a little to old french barrique. Left on full lees then racked, blended and bottled.
Cranberriesque booze juice. Just enough phenolics to help balance the juiciness. Dangerously delicious.
