Gianmarco and Clementine met in France while working for the legendary Bruno (Gerard Schueller) in Alsace. After years of working together, they decided to move back to Gianmarco’s village of Gradoli on the shores of Lake Bolsena in Lazio on these volcanic soils. The giant wine-press has talked a lot of Etna and his volcanic soil, perhaps next will be Gradoli and the Le Coste Rosso a benchmark Sangiovese of Le Coste.
