Notes from Bob on his wine:
Farmed biodynamically in Orange on the Tamburlaine vineyard by Clayton Kiely. We have held onto this wine for some time because we thought it would only get better and better in bottle. Luckily we were right! It is straight pressed into old oak and left on full lees before bottling a year later.
It has all the classic Riesling qualities of lemon pithy juiciness, with layers upon layers of texture. Great spring drinking.
