We're very excited to have this back in stock! Francois is a young winemaker, bursting onto the natural winemaking scene in France in his early twenties in 2012 becoming an instant crowd favourite at wine fairs. His winemaking techniques are barebones, using horses where he can and dealing with a light touch. So much to love.
Light as all hell! The native Grolleau grape sees light maceration, light alcohol, and light body, yet maintains a great depth of interest and plenty of flavour.
