From a single vineyard plot in AOC Arbois close by to the Côteaux des Corvées slope. 60 year old vines on Marnes à Gryphées soil. Harvest by hand and slow horizontal hydraulic press into stainless steel for wild fermentation. Upbringing in old oak barrels from Meursault and bottled the following year without filtration and very little sulphur.
Quite reserved right now, primary lemon and some ammonia reduction. It's really juicy with lip-smacking acidity that drives a long finish.
