Cambridge Road Vineyard is a small family farmed estate established in 1986. They believe in minimal intervention winemaking, low yields, and healthy living wines. They source organic fruit from other vineyards within the region and occasionally further afield to offer a wider selection of taste. This year’s rosé work has seen the retirement of filtration and signals a whole-hearted commitment to the delivery of raw natural perspectives on summer wine. This wine is not only cloudy but has no additives whatsoever, just the natural ferment of organically farmed grapes.
A lovely fresh acid and dry finish mark this wine as a does the subtle spritz to amplify the freshness. Subtle red fruit notes are apparent on the nose tempered by the savoury complexity derived from wild yeast and barrel ferment components
