For three generations, the Montesissa Emilio cantina has cultivated land in the hills of the Val Chero, lovingly respecting nature and biological cycles. Today, third generation winemaker Elisabetta Montesissa produces 3 stunning bottle fermented wines that pay homage to the historical wines of this region. The estate covers a surface area of 10 hectares, 3 of which are vineyards. The rest is arable land and light forest that is essential to its biodiversity.
Savoury on the nose, hints of white stonefruit and hibiscus. A very lightly petillant wine with just a touch of residual sugar.
