Andi Knauss has been working at the family estate since 2004. The vineyard sits at 330m altitude on lime-rich, Marl soil in the Württemberg appellation in the South of Germany. This cuvee is a blend of the red grapes he grows across the 14 hectares of vineyards farmed by his family.
The wine pours a beautiful light peach hue. The nose is a floral bomb; roses, hibiscus, jasmine and lavender. Some slight strawberry on the nose too. The palate is exquisite and juicy with summer fruit, tart red fruit and lemon citrus with a gripping saline finish!
