An emerging producer out of Chablis, Louis and Catherine both hail from the region and now manage a Domaine spreading over 18 hectares. They nurture their land through benevolent viticulture and they aim to preserve the flora and fauna in their estate.
Sycomore is bright and mineral, with lovely citrus aromas. The palate gives some tropical fruit, apple skin, grapefruit zest and lingering acidity. Crisp and moreish.
