2016 wasn't the best year for Jordi with a lot of hail damage to his fruit. Unusual for a region that is so arid and sunkissed.
This is a blend of Macabeo and Parellada. Fermented and aged in a mix of amphora and stainless steel. High acidity and savoury notes balance well. Some light tropical fruit and preserved stone fruit notes. Quite textural and very fresh with some limestone minerality.
