100% Viura grown at a generous 530m above sea level on calcareous clay. Fermented using indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel. Viura is a versatile variety and this wine is a true expression of the fruit and the land on which it is grown. It has savoury straw aromas, turning lemon and underripe pear. More of that green fruit flavour and some spice on the palate with a good backbone of acidity.
