The Croci family has been producing wines for generations with an absolute love of nature. To respect the land, vines are never treated with fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides or any other toxic substances. All harvesting is done by hand and the winemaking is done naturally to produce authentic wines that represent the land they love so dearly. 11 - 15 days maceration in vats. 8 months aging in big barrels, at least 10 months of re-fermentation on lees in bottle - undisgorged.
This Cuvee is a blend of Malvasia, Trebbiano, Ortrugo, Sauvignon and Marsanne. Delicate and refreshing with a lovely fruity fragrance. Savoury bread and herbaceous flavours. A lightly sparkling, rustic wine with some light texture.
