The name for this wine comes from the 1954 French crime film 'Touchez pas au Grisbi' which translates to 'Don't touch the loot.' I don't know why they called it that but I like it!
Natural wine from the Languedoc. Cinsault and Grenache blend. A young couple making wine to the north on Montpellier. Zero additions.
On the nose, theres a very interesting aroma. Blackberry, soy, and pepper.
The palate shows spice and a kind of charcuterie/cured meat chewiness/flavour. The acid really pops in this wine. Slightly reductive but very tasty.
