Skin contact Ribolla Gialla from the town of Oslavje on the border of Italy and Slovenia. Fermented on skins for 6 months in amphora before being transferred to Botte for ageing. All the wines are bottled and cellared for a minimum of 5 years. The vineyards are run with zero chemical intervention and the resulting wines are incredibly unique and complex. If you're interested in skin contact/amber wines, you can't do much better than Gravner.
