A blend of Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Merlot in a 1L bottle. The grapes were destemmed and the juice was gently extracted so as to avoid too much tannin in the resulting wine.
Cherries and spice, bright acidity and black plums. Easy going, gentle tannins to give it a bit more structure. Did we mention this comes in a 1L bottle?
