A new wine that came through the shop recently when Dav Conner paid us a visit. It's a Friulano Pét-Nat from the Mornington Peninsula. Left on skins for 2 days before being pressed then racked to bottle to finish fermentation. Thats pretty much it. No adds. All the good stuff.
Adult Lemonade territory here. So sharp and fresh. Green apple skin and lemon juice. Slightly musky and crisp on the palate. Very enjoyable.
