With zero dosage and less spritz than a modern day Prosecco (Col Fondo method). Inviting aromas of lemon citrus, green apple, summer florals and light sweet baking spices such as cinnamon. The palate is extremely fresh with a lightly honeyed texture. Between the intriguing acidity and the beautiful dry finish there is exquisite balance. Could pair on its own as an aperitif, but also delicious with a chicory orange salad. Baked white fish such as Cod also would work well here. Retro super future classic!
