Claus Preisinger can do no wrong. And doing things a different way is paying dividends. This wine was made with fun in mind. A very lightly petillant rosé made from old plantings of Blaufränkisch, direct pressed and aged in amphora. Bottled after eight months on the lees with no sulphur.
