A take on Central Victorian Rose made with Heathcote Nero D’Avola, picked early and whole bunch pressed, cold settled and fermented wild in tank before a 4 month rest in oak prior to a Spring bottling and release.

Crisp acid, tart red fruit, dry and savoury with a softening leesy texture from time in barrel. A rose for everyone with good taste in Rose.
