With the swift disappearance of the 2018 Bianco, we see the first release of Château Acid's 2019 wines, Acid Rosato.
A 60/40 blend of Syrah and Grenache from the NSW Central Ranges town of Canowindra. The vines have been farmed biodynamically and certified organics since they were planted in 1997. The wine is produced with zero additions.
Smells like cherries and earth, some leathery spice too. Tastes like 'unsweetened Ribena' and it's got a lovely silky texture with some light grainy tannins.
